Alteration service
Rackstore offers its own alteration service. Our seamstresses will apply all necessary alterations in the shortest term.
Return service
You may return and exchange every purchased good (except for those bought during clearance sales or having benefited from a special promotion) within a 15 days period and upon presentation of your receipt.
Kids Corner
Let your kids have fun while you shop: a Kids Corner permanently broadcasts cartoons and kids programs.
